This project aimed at launching the e-commerce portal for e-Groceries, an online store part of ABC Group. Although the company had a long history of success with their stores, the management team were aware that more and more consumers are switching to online grocery-shopping due to its flexibility and convenience.


The platform should be inspired from their neighborhood shopping environment experience, finding a way to translate the premium services offered in-store into a digital product.

UX Strategy

First step was analyzing the competition and studying the brand, to find out the information available and what should be asked at surveys and interviews. After that, a user persona was created in which all the flow was centered.

UI Process

After all the functionalities were defined, a graphic style was created as well as a design system and UI kit for documentation and further functionalities.
